Twilio "From" phone number

The Twilio number you send from, in E.164 format (e.g. +15551234567). Must be a number in your Twilio account.

Default message template

Use {{name}} to insert the contact's name.

Inbound SMS webhook

To receive replies in Conversations, set this as the "A Message Comes In" webhook (HTTP POST) on your Twilio phone number:

In Twilio Console → Phone Numbers → your number → Messaging → set the webhook URL above.
